Top 10 Tuesday | 10 Books That Have Been On My TBR Since Before I Started Blogging

ttt

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by the lovely people at The Broke and the Bookish. This weeks challenge is to show ten of the books that have been on our TBR piles since before we started blogging. I’m pretty new to book blogging as my blog has only been here for 7 and a bit months so I can definitely find ten book for this one! Here it goes!

1. Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden

Memoirs of a Geisha

2. The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (Millennium, #1)

3. 1984 by George Orwell

1984

4. The Night Manager by John Le Carré

The Night Manager

5. Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson

Speak

6. The Maze Runner by James Dashner

The Maze Runner (Maze Runner, #1)

7. Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor

Daughter of Smoke & Bone (Daughter of Smoke & Bone, #1)

8. Uprooted by Naomi Novik

Uprooted

9. We Were Liars by E. Lockhart

We Were Liars

10. The Knife of Never Letting Go by Patrick Ness

The Knife of Never Letting Go (Chaos Walking, #1)

Eep! There are a lot of very popular titles in here that I’ve just never read. I actually own some of them and one or two I am hoping to get to this month actually. It was interesting to look back at my TBR on Goodreads for this.

Which of the above books have you read? Which do you most highly recommend?

Feel free to follow me on Twitter or Goodreads. Comments are always warmly welcome.

  1. I really enjoyed Memoirs of a Geisha. I did not really enjoy The Knife of Never Letting Go, though I did find it fascinating. Almost all the rest of your books are also on my TBR! I look forward to reading you eventual reviews.

  2. I recently finished Daughter of Smoke and Bone and loved it. Definitely recommend it the most out of the list! Maze runner is good, but I didn’t love the rest of the series. 1984 is a classic so you have to read that when you’re in the mood 😊 Speak is also very good, but I read it years ago so I don’t remember all the details.
