I can’t believe that I am already writing this post, 2017 is flying by already! Having had two very successful reading months I realised that I’ve read a fair amount of 2017 releases already. I’ve decided that in March I really need to read some books off my TBR shelf (not exclusively but the majority!). Here are some of the books I am hoping to read this month! (Be warned that this is EXTREMELY ambitious of me!!)
The lovely folk over at Egmont/Electric Monkey sent me these books in celebration of the Dead of the Night short story that has been released for World Book Day. I’ve promised reviews this month so these are a must read for me. I’m over halfway through Frontlines and whilst some of it is a little difficult to swallow, I’m enjoying this alternative view of the war.
My lovely friend Steph has been recommending this series to me for a long time and as I have the whole collection staring at me on my shelf I decided this month I 100% have to read these. They seem right up my street so I will probably devour them!
Another three books that I should fit into March are All About Mia which I’ll be nervously annotating before sending onto a friend, The Handmaid’s Tale which I’ve been meaning to read for ages and my audiobook of the month will be Half of a Yellow Sun which I have already started.
So March looks like it will be a fairly busy reading month for me but I wouldn’t have it any other way! Fingers crossed I’ll read everything I want and maybe more!
What is on your TBR for March?

The only things left on my TBR for March is Lost & Found by Katrina Leno and List of Cages by Robin Roe.

Lovely TBR! I need you to LOVE The Handmaid’s Tale and then write a stellar review to convince me to finally pick it up because I have also been meaning to read it FOREVER. No pressure though….
Happy reading in March my friend!

Ooh, I know a LOT of people who think I will love it as I love a good YA fantasy. I’m even more curious now!

Good luck with your TBR plans for March! 🙂 The Handmaid’s Tale is an excellent book, I hope you enjoy it if/when you get to it. I feel like I might need to re-read it myself soon, especially before the TV adaptation is released.
I haven’t settled on my March TBR yet but I’m gonna let V.E. Schwab finish ripping my heart out with A Conjuring of Light and then see where to go next. I’ve been reading a lot of YA fantasy (not a bad thing by any means!) so I might try a change of pace with something like My Cousin Rachel by Daphne du Maurier or The Essex Serpent by Sarah Perry.

Thanks! Book number 1 is complete so it’s a promising start. I definitely need to read The Handmaid’s Tale before the mini-series, I’ve heard GREAT things! ACOL ripped me apart but I loved every second, V. E. Schwab is a genius!!

My TBR only has 4 books, 3 of them are in Russian and by Russian authors, and the last one (but not the least) is Caraval. I was actually planning to include a challenge of reading one book in Vietnamese a month, but looks like I’m failing it hard lol

Oh that’s so awesome!! I hope you enjoy Caraval, I thought it was fab!

I read A Handmaid’s Tale for my A Level, longer ago than I’d care to admit, I’m thinking about re-reading it before the TV mini series comes out this year.
