Thanks to the lovely Sam who hosts this meme at Taking On A World of Words. This is a weekly meme where I answer the three W’s of reading: What are you currently reading? What have you just finished reading? What will you read next?

What are you currently reading?

The Sleeping Prince (The Sin Eater’s Daughter, #2)

I’m almost halfway through The Sleeping Prince by Melinda Salisbury. I’m really enjoying this so far but I do miss Twylla – hoping she is going to appear at some point as I loved her in the first book!

What did you recently finish reading?

The Sin Eater’s Daughter (The Sin Eater’s Daughter, #1)

I read the first book in this trilogy in less than 24 hours which included a long day in work. I love the world that Melinda Salisbury has built and fell in love with Twylla as a character. If you like YA fantasy then I highly recommend this! My review will be up later this week.

What do you think you’ll read next?

The Scarecrow Queen (The Sin Eater’s Daughter, #3)

Definitely The Scarecrow Queen which is the final book in Melinda Salisbury’s trilogy. I’ve heard that it is an amazing end to the series so I’m looking forward to it very much!

What have you been reading this week?

Do you have any thoughts on the books I’ve mentioned?

  4. Good to hear you are enjoying this series a lot better than I did! I only tried the first book, but the cheesy romance kind of ruined it for me… Although I tend to have an unpopular opinion with most popular YA fantasy series in the first place. xD
