Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by the lovely people at The Broke and the Bookish. This week’s prompt is anything to do with covers! Now I absolutely love book covers and have been known on many occasions to buy a book purely for its cover. This means that I own many very pretty books (lucky me!). This week I’ve decided to go with my top 10 covers of books I’ve read so far in 2017! (These may not be all 2017 releases!)
As well as being beautiful these books are also all rather wonderful to read. Just as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside, if not more so.
What are some of your favourite book covers?
Have you read any of the books I mentioned above?
Follow me on Twitter, Instagram, Bloglovin’ or Goodreads. Comments are always warmly welcome.

It makes me happy to see so much pink on these covers! I feel like covers were really muted last year. All these bright colors make me super happy! Hm. Other favorite 2017 covers? I also love the cover for Long May She Reign and Under Rose-Tainted Skies for similar reasons. 😀

The Girl of Ink and Stars is my favorite from this list!
Is that cover of Caraval the paperback cover? I just found out this week that the hardback covers have a few different design options underneath the dust jacket… who knew?

No that’s the UK hard cover, which is also the hard cover which has the different designs 🙂 there are 5 to collect!

Never heard of Becoming Betty, but I love that cover! Also, Queens of Geek and Caraval are gorgeous. I can’t wait to read them both.

Becoming Betty was released here a couple of weeks ago, a contemporary YA. It’s very good. QoG and Caraval are both wonderful reads!

I absolutely LOVED it! It was everything my little fangirl heart needed and mixed in with such authentic diverse voices. My full review will be up soon but it was such a fun read! 😁

I NEED IT. I’m in a huge contemporary kick. Gotta read it before I move back into fantasy, haha

ALL of these covers are so stunning, I can’t believe I haven’t read any of them yet! I need to get on that ASAP. I think my favorite cover of a book I’ve read this year would be A Conjuring of Light, but The Education of Margot Sanchez is a very close second! Awesome choices, Kelly! 🙂

Oh both of these came very close to being on my list!! I also love them both. I adored ACOL but I’ve not read TEoMS yet, I did pick up a copy in NYC though! 😁 ps. I highly recommend every book from my list, read them all!

It’s gorgeous isn’t it?! I think I prefer the UK one to the US. I just love how eye catching it is!

There are some beautiful covers here (my favourite of your pick is The Girl of Ink and Stars). Can you believe that in France many book covers are still plain buff?

Oh really?! I didn’t know that. I adore the cover of TGOIAS, it’s so beautiful!

It’s starting to change now, but buff covers send out the signal that the reader is reading ‘serious’ literature… how crazy is that?

That is crazy! So many beautiful covers are being missed then!

Both of Alwyn Hamilton’s books are great and have beautiful covers! Ah I’m one of the rare few who have not read ACOTAR yet! Maybe one day! Enjoy 😁

Hopefully we get to read those books and hopefully you get to read ACOTAR one day! 😁

Every time I see the cover of Queens of Geek I fall in love with it even more… which is kind of strange because it’s just pink hair, but there’s something about it that’s SO COOL. ❤
