Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish which has now found a lovely new home at That Artsy Reader Girl. This week’s prompt is to share 10 books that have been on our TBR for a very long time. I have done a post similar to this one before, so I’ve decided to make it more specific and share 10 books that have been on my Kindle for a long, long time!

1. The Millennium Trilogy by Stieg Larsson

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (Millennium, #1)  The Girl Who Played with Fire  The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

10. The Dark Days Club by Alison Goodman

Some of these books have been on my Kindle for so long that I’ve since removed them from my TBR so who knows if I will actually read them. Always nice to have them there to fall back on though!

lets-talk

Have you read any of these? Which do you recommend most?

Which books have you owned for the longest that are still unread?

  2. Off that list, I’ve only read Behind Closed Doors. I read it with my book club last year. It was a quick paced thriller that you could easily read in one sitting. We enjoyed it and felt compelled to keep turning the pages, but felt some aspects were a little unbelievable. It was a great book to discuss!

  4. It’s been a few years since I read Uglies, but I recall enjoying the story.
The Golem and the Jinni surprised me; I really enjoyed it. It’s a slower pace, but beautifully written and thought provoking
Behind Closed Doors was also good. For me it was a super quick read at the beginning of last year, which basically means that I had a hard time putting the book down to adult and stuff.
