Hi everyone! Today I’m here to share with you an unboxing of the February Fairyloot box. I love these boxes because YA Fantasy is one of my favourite genres and these boxes are also always rammed full of goodies.
BEWARE: SPOILERS AHEAD!
The theme for the February box was Twisted Tales and I hadn’t really taken much time to think of what the book would be but I am pleased with the book we got and this box also had lots of goodies I really loved. I loved this month’s spoiler card art.
The first item I unpacked this month was this gorgeous and exclusive Grimm Tales mug designed by Aunjuli Art. There are a few different fairytales featuring on the mug and I love how the art wraps all the way around. I am a huge tea drinker (obviously, I am British) and I can’t wait to cosy up with this and a good book. Mugs are one of my favourite things to receive so I LOVED this!
Next up were these pretty socks designed by the lovely people at Fairyloot! They are decorated with gingerbread houses and witches hats. I also love socks so you can bet that I put these straight on!
Next up was this lovely bookish candle – you all know how much I love a candle! This one is called Hinterland and is inspired by this month’s book. This candle was designed by Wick and Fable and the author helped to design the scent which is lovely and woody.
The next item included were these gorgeous bath salts designed by Little Heart. I don’t know if I’ve ever used bath salts before but I am a bath fan so I’ll definitely try these out. They are ‘Poisonous Apple’ scented but don’t worry, they’re not poisonous!
Gorgeous bookmark alert!! This Little Red Riding Hood themed bookmark is absolutely gorgeous. It has been designed by Ink and Wonder and I love the quote they chose, the bookmark is also printed on wood so I’m hoping it will last a long time.
It’s time for the book so if you don’t want to know, SCROLL NO FURTHER!
Eek! I have heard so much about The Hazel Wood by Mellisa Albert. I was lucky enough to pick up an ARC back in YALC but I still haven’t read it – oops! Hopefully owning this gorgeous exclusive hardback copy will motivate me to read it soon. I was also pleased to see this book is signed by the author too, always such a lovely surprise!
This is one of my favourite boxes I’ve had in a while! I always like my FairyLoot boxes but this month I loved every single thing and will make use of all the items! I’ll let you know what I think of The Hazel Wood once I’ve read it!
Which of these bookish items do you wish you could get your hands on?
Have you read The Hazel Wood? What did you think?

I’m yet to read it, but I got it from my library so it’s on my TBR. Very nervous to start as I’ve heard such mixed reviews
