Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish which has now found a lovely new home at That Artsy Reader Girl. This week the prompt is to talk about books that awaken our travel bug. This prompt didn’t really fit for me this week so I decided to revisit a super old TTT prompt and share with you 10 books that a lot of lists consider to be “must reads” that I haven’t read!
What “must reads” are you still yet to pick up?
Have you read any of these? Which do you recommend?

The Kite Runner is one of those books I’m glad I read, but I hated it while reading it. So horribly sad.

I’ve read The Kite Runner, LOTR and Catcher in the Rye. I loved the first two, but Catcher in the Rye is possibly the classic that I dislike the most haha! 😀
I really need to read classics like Frankenstein, Dracula, and Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy..

Nice post Kelly! I actually own both Memoirs Of A Geisha and Stardust, but haven’t read either. I’ve read The Lord of The Rings, and enjoyed it, but never read the second or third books. 😛

I DNFed Lord of the Rings when I was younger, and haven’t read any of the others 🙈

Memoirs of a Geisha and The Secret History were…alright, but they didn’t live up to that “must read” status for me. Outlander was a fave of mine but I stopped reading the series after halfway through the third book because I didn’t like it anymore. Hopefully if you get to any of these, you’ll like them more than I did 😆 I need to read The Lord of the Rings too – I’ve read The Hobbit, so I don’t know why LotR hasn’t been acquired yet ahaha
