Hi everyone! So turns out I didn’t blog at all for the last 6 weeks… going back to school and working from home definitely took its toll. But I am hoping the month of April will bring with it a restart! To kick things off this month, I am going to be joining the Viper-thon readathon celebrating the brilliant series by Bex Hogan coming to an end! Two of my dear friends are helping to host this, so if you want to know more then go check out Steph and Charlotte‘s announcement posts.
As I am extremely over ambitious when it comes to readathons, I have (of course) picked a book for all twelve prompts in the hope that I can join the crew by becoming the Viper – but if all else fails then I at least hope to become a Gunner by reading 5-7 books. I’m sharing what I THINK I will read but will include this little disclaimer in case I decide to change up some of the choices!
TBR

The Prompts (and my choices/options!):
Viper – A book with snake on the cover – Vulture by Bex Hogan
The First Isle: King’s Isle – a book that features royalty – A Throne of Swans by Katharine and Elizabeth Corr
The Second Isle: Fallow Isle – A story where a character has to ‘grow’ as a person – The Infinity Files by S.M. Wilson
The Third Isle: Black Isle – A book with a black cover – Wonderland by Juno Dawson
The Fourth Isle: Floral Isle – A character who has a floral name – Melt My Heart by Bethany Rutter
The Fifth Isle: Mist Isle – A book that involves a secret/something hidden – Ninth House by Leigh Bardugo
The Sixth Isle: Rock Isle – A character has to face something challenging – The Gilded Ones by Namina Forna
The Seventh Isle: Shadow Isle – A book about fear/featuring one of your fears – Mina and the Undead by Amy McCaw
The Eighth Isle: Snow Isle – A book set somewhere cold – Whiteout by Gabriel Dylan
The Ninth Isle: Blood Isle – A book about siblings or family – Such Pretty Things by Lisa Heathfield
The Tenth Isle: Fire Isle – A book with fire on the cover/in the title – Girls of Paper and Fire by Natasha Ngan
The Eleventh Isle: Song Isle – A book that strongly features music in some way – On The Come Up by Angie Thomas
The Twelfth Isle: The Jewel of the West – book that features magic – Kingdom of the Wicked by Kerri Maniscalco
I’m a little intimidated but mainly excited by my TBR as there are some really brilliant books awaiting me in April! I’d love to know if you are taking part in the Viper-then this month or if you have read any of the books from my TBR! Let me know in the comments!

Follow me on Twitter, Instagram, Storygraph or Goodreads. Comments are always warmly welcome.
Pooh your TBR is ~excellent~ I’m so excited for you.
I’m very tempted to join in with Viper-thon, I haven’t read the second book yet :O

Mina and the Undead and Vulture are on my TBR too. I need to reread Vulture to have any hope of making a review. Some great books on this TBR. I hope you enjoy! (also you can use one book for up to 2 prompts if you want to so you can still aim for the Viper if you don’t manage to read all of them).
