Hi everyone! A quick and simple update this week as I received horrendous news yesterday and don’t have the energy to breathe life into this post right now.
I finished reading One Dark Throne by Kendare Blake. I thought it was even better than the first book as it was much quicker paced and I was really pleased by how quickly I found myself falling back in love with the characters. The end made me sad but also very curious as to where book 3 will lead us.
My first piece of very lovely book post this week was from the lovely folk at Stripes. They sent me this really lovely package to promote The Eye of the North by Sinead O’Hart. It was such a pretty package, delicately wrapped and included some lovely items such as a train pass and a hand written letter as well as an arc of the book.
My second piece of book post this week had me so incredibly excited as I have heard so much about this book. The kind people of YoungAdultHQ sent me a proof of Zenith by Sasha Alberg and Lindsay Cummings. I’m looking forward to reading this – thanks Lucy!
This week I got approved for some great titles on NetGalley. I treated myself to a few requests after knocking 6/7 NG books off my TBR recently. Here’s what I got! I was really excited to see How Do You Like Me Now? by Holly Bourne as this isn’t out until June 2018 and is her adult debut!
