Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish which has now found a lovely new home at That Artsy Reader Girl. This week the prompt is to talk about perfect beach reads or to make a summer tbr. I thought I’d do my own little twist on the summer theme and pick books with summery covers – you all know I love a gorgeous cover! These are a mix of books I’ve read and books that are on my TBR!
Toxic by Nicci Cloke | The Summer of Us by Cecilia Vinesse | Love, Hate and Other Filters by Samira Ahmed | No Filter by Orlagh Collins | Goodbye, Perfect by Sara Barnard | If Bird Fly Back by Carlie Sorosiak | When Dimple Met Rishi by Sandhya Menon | I’ll Give You the Sun by Jandy Nelson | Summer Days, Summer Nights anthology | The Square Root of Summer by Harriet Reuter Hapgood
What books are on your summer TBR? Do they have summery covers?
Have you read any of these? Which do you recommend?

Spot on choices here Kelly! I particularly love the cover for When Dimple Met Rishi, as I think it captures the essence of the book so well. Are you going to be reading any of these over summer?

Definitely summery covers 🙂 Toxic sounds fantastic and the cover just begs for it to be read by a pool.
I think all of Morgan Matson’s books look very summery.

Wow, they are summery! When Dimple Met Rishi is a lovely summer-y read, I think that’s Menon’s style though because her second book – From twinkle, With Love was too. Great list! 🙂

If Birds Fly Back and The Summer of Us are both things I hope to read this sunmer, and I may try and get to No Filter too as I’ve owned it for almost a year 🙈🙈
Open Road Summer is also on the things I’m hoping to read list, and it’s cover is beyond stunning 😍
