Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish which has now found a lovely new home at That Artsy Reader Girl. The prompt this week is to share 10 books from our backlist that we still need to read. I could probably write an entire series of blog posts about my beloved backlist (I won’t, but I could). For this post, I’ve plucked 10 books that I have on my physical shelf in front of me that I still need to read! The fact I haven’t read these makes me feel totally out of the loop sometimes – I’m sure I’m the only person who hasn’t read them yet…
The Graces | The Bone Season | The Bear and the Nightingale | The Power | Everything Everything | I’ll Give You the Sun | Only Ever Yours | Circe | Dear Martin | Under Rose Tainted Skies
Despite not having read these books and the fact they are on my backlist, I am still super excited to read them at some point. I’ve heard brilliant things about each and every one of them!
What books are on your backlist that you are excited to read?
Which of my books have you read? Pitch your favourite to me and maybe I’ll read it next month!
Follow me on Twitter, Instagram, Bloglovin’ or Goodreads. Comments are always warmly welcome.

I can highly recommend The Power, I’ll Give You The Sun, Everything Everything! As for the others, I’ll join you in the club of last people on earth still having to read them. 😉

I really enjoyed The Bone Season, Everything, Everything, I’ll Give You the Sun, and Circe. I would say that Circe was my favorite out of all of them and The Bone season being a very close second.

Circe has been on my owned-tbr for ages (along with Song of Achilles)!

Sadly I had to DNF The Bear and the Nightingale. I’ve read Everything Everything last year. Looking forward to when I decide to read Dear Martin.

First, I feel like I comment every post on your cover selection for these titles! You’re always posting a version I’ve never seen and like instantly fall in love with! So thank you for that!
Second, there are some wonderful titles on here! I read Dear Martin earlier this year and really enjoyed it and hope you do too!
I also listed Bear and the Nightingale on my list this week! I chose to do an acrostic of “My Backlist” to help me narrow down my selections. Feel free to read it here: http://bit.ly/2D6yrjL

The Graces is fabulous, and I very much recommend reading it when rain is pouring outside, because that’s how I read most of it and it really added to how atmospheric it is. It’s so gripping, and the last line gave me chills. I am so very excited for the sequel in January.
Under Rose Tainted Skies is also phenomenal- I read it at the beginning of 2018 and it’s so harrowing yet hopeful, and I love that (from my perspective at least)the boy helps Norah, but doesn’t save her. Their romance is super lovely, and Norah has such a great narrative voice.

The Bone Season was on my list for this week too, but I totally forgot to include Under Rose-Tainted Skies and The Power! Especially the latter, because I was given a copy as a present earlier this year and need to get to it! Circe is another one I own and haven’t read it, but I feel slightly less guilty about it since it only came out a few months ago. Great post! 🙂
