Hi everyone! Two posts in a week, who do I think I am?? Anyway, September sees two very exciting readathons being hosted and being a sucker for a challenge (and making an effort to read more) I can’t resist taking part in both! Bookoplathon will be the main readathon and I am fitting those books into prompts for Magical Readathon which is a bit more open and less of a commitment with only two required reads! Check out my TBR below!

Another week, another post (who am I?!) September brings about a return to work but also the start of Becca’s Bookoplathon which is being hosted for the whole month! I have always liked the look of this readathon but never really found the time to try and give it a go. I didn’t want to be too ambitious with going back to work but I also thought it might motivate me to read a bit more. I have always been a readathon fan and this one seems super fun! For more information about the Bookoplathon and how it works, please watch Becca’s video here which also has links to all the info you need to form your TBR!
Now it is time to look at my TBR! I decided to start off with 5 rolls, thinking that 5 would be a very good number of books to read but because I rolled a double I’ve ended up with 6 books! A quick shout out to Becca for how insanely creative this readathon is and how beautiful the Bookoplathon board is!!

Roll 1: 5+3 Prompt: Gods [Book with a Cult] Book: The Project by Courtney Summers
Roll 2: 6+6 Prompt: Becca’s Recs Book: Scythe by Neal Shusterman
Roll 3: 6 + 2 Prompt: Poll Pick Book: Ace of Spades by Faridah Àbíké-Íyímídé
Roll 4: 5 + 2 Prompt: The/Of/A/And/An Book: Flight of a Starling by Lisa Heathfield
Roll 5: 1 + 2 Prompt: Most Recent Purchase Book: As Good As Dead by Holly Jackson
Roll 6: 4 + 3 Prompt: People Book: Tilly and the Lost Fairytales by Anna James
Magical Readathon!
Now you may be wondering how this links in with Magical Readathon. For those of you who haven’t seen, please check out G’s announcement video which will explain all. You can also find the links to the different documents and information in the description! G always plans a really good readathon and I am excited at this totally new world she has worked so hard to create. For the Novice Path, there is a minimum expectation to read 2 books so I’m going to use mostly books from my Magical Readathon TBR and see which prompts I can get them to fit into.
Prompts
Ashtorn Tree: A book at the top of your TBR – As Good As Dead by Holly Jackson
The Mist of Solitude: Read a standalone – Flight of a Starling by Lisa Heathfield
Orilium Academy: Book set in a school – Ace of Spades by Faridah Àbíké-Íyímídé
Obsidian Falls: A thriller/mystery book – The Project by Courtney Summers
It is possible that I’ll end up doing a couple more prompts but these are the ones I can definitely double up this month! If I do read them all it will be my best reading month all year, so fingers crossed! I’ll be taking the character creation part of Magical Readathon between now and April, as this part doesn’t have to be done in September!
What are you reading in September? Are you participating in these readathons?

Follow me on Twitter, Instagram or Goodreads. Comments are always warmly welcome.
I see so many people doing both of these readathons! I’d love to try them sometime.
